Whimsical Flowers

This whimsical cake was flight of fancy one Monday evening. An eight inch fudge marble cake with chocolate filling, this cake featured swirls of mint green vanilla buttercream icing adorned with petal pink flowers and white icing pearls.

Peach and White Wedding

For a small work-family wedding shower for a coworker and his fiance, a simple two-tiered wedding cake seemed in order. As Edgar and Sarah's colors were peach and white, this cake featured peach and white roses and rosebuds. The top tier was a two-layer six inch french vanilla cake with strawberry filling. It was encircled with peach and green rosebuds and leaves on one half and white rosebuds and leaves on the other half. The bottom tier was a two-layer eight inch chocolate cake with chocolate filling. It featured peach and white roses. Keeping with the color scheme, the middle tier held an arrangement of peach roses tying the ensemble together nicely!

Tuxedo for the Groom

This oval shaped groom's cake was a yellow butter cake with a chocolate buttercream filling. Covered with fondant, this groom's cake has a white and chocolate tuxedo top (complete with rosette!) with additional white and brown polka dots on the sides.

Happy Tuesday!

This happy little rainbow cake greeted coworkers on a recent Tuesday morning. An two layer, eight inch round, this cake was chocolate with a chocolate filling and almond buttercream icing.
